Sponsorship of Any Coffee Break *3 Number of Coffee Breaks  $25,000
Coffee will be served in the centrally located Exhibition Area during morning and afternoon breaks during the Congress. Sponsor may choose the specific coffee break on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

Electronic Poster Area  $2,500
Sponsorship of the e-poster area includes a printed banner or LCD screen with the Sponsor’s logo, acknowledging Sponsorship of the electronic poster presentations.

Promotional Material $2,000 per insert
Inclusion of promotional material, such as leaflets and brochures, in the participants’ Congress bags.

Notepads and Pens:
$2,000 Exclusive support – 1 Sponsorship opportunity

The supporter will provide notepads and pens in addition to a support fee. Quantity to be confirmed by the Organizer. This item must be approved by the organizer as well as the Conference Organizing Committee prior to production. Otherwise, the organizer will have the right to produce these items and charges will be covered by the Supporter. It will be the company’s responsibility to pay the relevant tax, shipping and any other extraneous charges.

Exhibition Space Extras

  • Addition to a wider area 2 x 6 m – $2,000
