IMA-Conferences and Business Time are the official travel agent of the 6th World
Congress on Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (WCRPL) and will provide local tourist services for participants.
Business Time has secured a block of rooms at the Bangkok Shangri-La hotel, the congress venue, making it possible to offer an accommodation for the duration of the congress at special rates. In order to benefit from these reduced rates, reservations,
payments and notification of changes must be made vis the registration form and not
with the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Workshop Secretariat:

Refund will be made as follows:
- Cancellations received by November 11, 2022- full refund less $150 handling fees.
- Cancellations received by December 11, 2022- full refund less 50% cancellation fees.
